Research Interests

Professor Gary Henehan has experience of research and development in academia and in the food, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. He lectures in biochemical, toxicological and pharmacological aspects of Food Science and Environmental Health. His research includes collaborative work with the School of Biochemistry and Immunology at Trinity College Dublin and the School of Biotechnology, Dublin City University.
