    Abstract

This research delves into the multifaceted challenges faced by individuals with intellectual disabilities (ID) in India, focusing on the need for early intervention, structured vocational training, and inclusive education. The study introduces a comprehensive framework that integrates a service blueprint and a user-centered smartphone application, aiming to streamline the diagnostic, educational, and vocational processes for this demographic. Through extensive case studies, interviews, and usability testing, the study unveils the efficacy of digital tools in streamlining the service delivery, monitoring progress, and facilitating employment opportunities for individuals with ID. The framework not only aims to improve the quality of life for these individuals but also seeks to promote societal inclusion and awareness, challenging existing misconceptions and advocating for a more empathetic and supportive community.
