Raman spectral data of immortalised lymphoblastoid cell lines derived from sufferers of ataxia telangiectasia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and Turner's syndrome

Abstract

This data derives from the paper "Detection of radiosensitive subpopulations ex-vivo with Raman microspectroscopy", Front. Oncol. 15:1470431 (2025), doi: 10.3389/fonc.2025.1470431. The data is Raman spectra of 4 lymphoblastoid cell lines which have been irradiated with 0Gy, 50mGy and 500mGy X-ray photons from a linear accelerator, and were fixed at 1 hour post irradiation.  The data matrix is ordered such that the spectra are rows within the matrix, with the matrix index denoting the cell lines from which the spectra were acquired. The column headers define the wavenumbers at which the spectral measurements were taken, and the final column of the matrix denotes the dose to which the cells were exposed. Cell lines for these experiments were donated by Dr. Janet Hall of INSERM, Université Claude Bernard, Lyon, and Prof. Malcolm Taylor of University of Birmingham, and funding was from grants listed in the manuscript.
