There are two files in .mat format. In one (Preprocessed.mat) the data has been completely pre-processed according to the methods described in the paper.
In the second (Unpreprocessed.mat) the data has been calibrated using the methods described in the paper, but has not received further pre-processing.
Within both files there are datasets for the spectral measurement from each cell (‘spectra’), together with the treatment which was applied to each sample (‘treatment’) and the wavenumber at which the spectral measurements were made (‘wavenumber’).
