Abstract
In an era of escalating crises, this paper emphasizes the crucial importance of proactive disaster preparedness to mitigate the impacts of events like hurricanes, earthquakes, and pandemics. By outlining the rationale behind preparedness, it highlights how pre-emptive measures can minimize loss of life, property, and economic stability, facilitating efficient recovery post-disaster. Disaster preparedness provides communities, workplaces, educational institutions, and individuals with a structured framework equipped with plans, tools, and knowledge to navigate crises adeptly. Unlike reactive responses triggered by calamities, a proactive stance enhances resilience, enabling communities to emerge stronger in the aftermath. The proposed system advocates for a holistic approach, leveraging modern technologies and communication tools for swift and efficient response mechanisms. The system consists of AR/VR simulation, an AI-guided information system, and a mobile app, this solution system aims to cultivate resilient communities capable of confronting major incidents with courage. By fostering a culture of preparedness, this paper lays the groundwork for a more secure and sustainable future. Embracing proactive readiness sets forth a blueprint for building resilience in the face of adversity, ensuring collective well-being and safety.
