    Abstract

The holographic recording characteristics of an acrylamide-based photopolymer are presented. Sensitivity is good, and the diffraction efficiency of recorded gratings is very high. The material does not suffer shrinkage during recording, and high-diffraction-efficiency slanted grating are possible. The suitability of this material to both double-exposure and real-time holographic interferometry is demonstrated.
