It combines scholarly principles with real-world Virtual Reality (VR) applications, highlighting the connection between education and the ability to make critical decisions in high-stakes situations. The study also explores different facets of emergency preparedness, thereby conducting a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between psychological and physical factors. Through the integration of theoretical frameworks and empirical data gathered from face-to-face interviews, this paper provides a comprehensive exploration of successful emergency response strategies. Finally, a VR-based immersive game is prototyped and tested to educate users on crisis resilience and survival mastery. This all-encompassing approach strives to empower individuals with a wide range of skills and perspectives, promoting adaptable thinking in the face of unexpected obstacles.",
