N2 - This paper endeavours to create a comprehensive platform to simplify the planning process for international postgraduate studies, offering holistic support to students embarking on this journey. The study encompasses developing a network connecting alumni and current students, fostering peer-to-peer assistance and guidance throughout various stages, including university selection, financial planning, cultural adaptation, and other associated challenges. Data collection involved a combination of primary and secondary research methodologies. Approximately 4 in 100 students struggle with peer networking due to lack of resources. The research outcomes provided the groundwork for conceptualising a smartphone application utilising the morphological TRIZ matrix. This platform provides students with a comprehensive, user-oriented solution, streamlining the complexities of preparing for overseas studies. Moreover, the goal is to cultivate a supportive community that facilitates cross-cultural interactions, easing the transition into new academic environments. Subsequently, the platform underwent successful testing involving 20 users to assess networking functionality, accessibility, and technical feasibility. Looking ahead, there is potential for integrating AI-driven workflows to tailor and personalise the platform across diverse demographics, academic disciplines, and international settings.
