Abstract

A novel omni-directional circularly-polarised GPS antenna suitable for differential feed is presented. The antenna covers the GPS L1 frequency band. The antenna provides an input impedance of 300 and an axial-ratio bandwidth of 10 MHz from 1.570 GHz to 1.580 GHz. The cross polarization is better than 20 dB.
