    Abstract

In the ever-evolving urban landscape of India, career aspirations frequently demand relocation, prompting individuals to embrace the autonomy of independent living. While this autonomy presents advantages, it also introduces challenges, notably heightened stress levels that can manifest in unhealthy eating habits. The time constraints of a demanding lifestyle contributes to reliance on fast food or processed meals, posing long-term health risks. To address these challenges, it is crucial to promote the importance of maintaining a balanced diet and regular exercise. Despite busy schedules, individuals should make an effort to include home-cooked meals and physical activity in their daily routines. Equipping oneself with basic cooking skills and nutritional knowledge can make a significant difference. Good nutrition and mental health are closely intertwined, with a balanced diet supporting brain function and mood regulation. Conversely, poor dietary choices can worsen mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Investing in nutrition equates to investing in mental health, nurturing resilience, enriching life quality, and fostering longevity through bolstering the immune system and mitigating chronic disease risks. This holistic approach empowers individuals to thrive personally and professionally, achieving sustainable success with vitality.
