Abstract

A printed circularly polarized monopole antenna operating at 2.45 GHz is presented. It consists of a half-cross shape radiating component fed by a microstrip line and matched to a 50 microstrip feed. It is fabricated on a FR-4 substrate with dielectric constant of 4.6. Simulated and measured results are reported and effect of key parameters is described.
