N2 - In response to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, this study addresses the critical need for innovative solutions to ensure educational continuity. Using smart education technologies and immersive AR/VR experiences, the study explores personalised, interactive, and adaptive learning environments accessible to all students. A comprehensive methodology involving quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and user testing informed the development of an integrated framework for virtual learning experience. To operationalise the framework, a virtual classroom website is developed. This web-based solution undertakes key challenges such as disruptions, access inequality, and engagement issues, integrating features like gamification, active learning, and timely feedback. Through strategic partnerships and revenue diversification, the solution ensures scalability and sustainability. Despite challenges like cost barriers and technological advancements, continuous research and collaboration have the potential to overcome limitations, facilitating the way for a more inclusive and impactful virtual learning experience. In doing so, it charts a course towards a future where education is not just a response to crises but a catalyst for lasting positive change.
