Комплексний підхід до забезпечення раціонального використання енергетичних ресурсів

The article is concerned with developing the integrated approach to ensure rational use of energy resources in terms of the globalizing development. Dependence of the national economy from the sufficiency in own energy resources was considered. It has been found that Ukraine belongs to the power-hungry countries. Components of the mechanism of formation and consumption of the primary fuel-and-power resources have been formed and detailed. It has been determined that all the components of the proposed mechanism are characterized by losses of the fuel-and-power resources. The main aspects of energy saving have been allocated. A comprehensive approach to ensure rational use of energy resources has been elaborated, which would provide for reduction of losses and increasing efficiency of use, which would positively impact the energy security of the national economy. The GDP growth and decline in the consumption of energy resources as objects of impact of energy saving measures, based on interpretation of the category of «energy saving», have been determined. Prospect for further research in this direction will be developing the methodological instrumentarium for evaluation of rational use of energy resources.
