АНАЛІЗ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕНЕРГОЗБЕРЕЖЕННЯМ В КОНТЕКСТІ РЕФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ ОСВІТНІХ УСТАНОВ

In the article the system of indicators for assessing the potential and efficiency of energy saving in educational institutions developed and tested by the example of vocational schools of Ivano-Frankivsk. On the basis of the study of regulatory and scientific sources, available statistical information, the system of indicators for the analysis of the potential and efficiency of energy saving in educational institutions is substantiated, which includes: 1) quantitative indicators of consumption of FER; 2) adapted contingent of students; 3) the spend of FER on a single student ; 4) the level of the FER limit using; 5) cost indicators of FER consumption; 6) the potential of energy saving for individual FER; 7) indicators of energy saving from domestic consumption. The efficiency of energy saving management is analyzed on the example of professional technical education institution system in Ivano-Frankivsk, which allowed: to study the efficiency of intensive and extensive directions of energy conservation policy implementation and its growth in conditions of decentralization; to reveal the tendency of increase of the energy saving index from domestic consumption for heat and electricity, which reflects an increase in the pace of implementation of measures to optimize the use of FER and energy saving of intensive and extensive impact; to reveal the growth of the potential of energy saving for all FER under the influence of many factors and the opportunity availability for its implementation through the introduction of administrative, organizational, technical and technological measures.
