    Description

    This project involved a comprehensive cross-sectional study to examine the diets, anthropometry (measurements of the human body), physical activity, health, lifestyle behaviors, and attitudes toward food choices among Irish adults in the Republic of Ireland. The study also analyzed dietary biomarkers from blood and urine samples. This collaborative effort included four institutional partners.
