Description
EpiCo developed the interdisciplinary relationship between arts, culture, technology, engineering, and industrial design. The project aimed to establish a common area and create a methodology to facilitate the understanding and awareness of epistemology in relation to the technical sciences.
The project explored how knowledge extends beyond the technical sphere, connecting the needs of contemporary society with specific art and culture, acting as active elements in understanding the phenomena that contribute to the development and use of modern technologies.
By leveraging the interdisciplinarity found in the partner entities, one objective was to investigate how knowledge is transferred through art and used to create new cultural landmarks. These landmarks influence the education of future generations towards a sustainable society.
Finally, the project examined the increasingly tight relationship between contemporary culture and technology, recognizing that these fields have influenced each other for several decades. It analyzed key elements through the lens of epistemology.
