This project is focused on creating compostable coatings for food packaging. In partnership with Active Difference, with whom CREST has collaborated on several past initiatives, the research team is working to develop sustainable solutions that reduce environmental impact. The aim is to produce eco-friendly packaging options that maintain the necessary protective and functional qualities while being fully compostable.
