Project Details
Description
The project's main objective was to create digital, tailor-made solutions for painting decorator educators, providing them with resources and tools to address digital challenges. Digitalization in training delivery was a priority, especially for apprenticeship schemes when work-based learning could not occur face-to-face.
Teachers, trainers, and in-company tutors were the target group, as they play a vital role in the learning process. During the pandemic, this group faced significant challenges in adapting to digital methods, given their extensive experience in traditional course presentation and a limited digital background.
