Research Interests

I have over 20 years’ experience in the educational sector while teaching, training, recruitment and coordinating programs. I obtained a PhD from Technological University Dublin, a M.Sc. in Management Consultancy from Michael Smurfit Business School UCD and a Bachelor of Business Studies. My expertise and needs driven as a good communicator are due to my lecturing career, international relations and research with strong creativity and innovation skills. Committed and responsible at the workplace, good leadership and planning skills in managing people and programs. I showed excellent skills in research, evaluation and monitoring of educational programs, effectiveness in project management skills while delivering entrepreneurship programs and teaching. I have carried out assessment and supported students in their class work, portfolios and presentations in support of their learning activities. While coordinating the distance learning program at UCD, I provided academic input on programmes and participated at staff meetings and committees for the better delivery of the module I was coordinating. In teams of management, I provided excellent leadership position as Consular General for Uganda to Ireland, and worked with Governments, Universities, International agencies and stakeholder in Africa, Ireland and Europe. This high level of collaboration with governments, agencies and Universities provided me with excellent organisational and administrative skills, and ability to work and lead teams, initiative and capacity to deliver on different projects. I managed to found an NGO that supports girl child in Africa. My PhD research interest are in the broader area of entrepreneurship education, management, gender and leadership in the emerging countries in the global south. I have presented several peer-reviewed papers at international conferences, published journals and has contributed book chapters that are due to be published. I am a very enthusiastic and a highly committed individual.
