Research Interests
Stephen's interests are mainly around property law and company law, with the latter also extending to corporate governance and ethics. Stephen has not published any articles as of yet but has contributed to work that was presented at the Fifth Annual HECA Student Research Awards 2025. Stephen will be embarking on a PhD shortly in Company Law/Corporate Governance.
