Research Interests

He is a materials scientist with expertise in metal and polymer additive manufacturing, powder technology, porous materials, composite material design, and surface treatments. His current focus is on 3D printing of microfluidic chips, drug-eluting medical devices, and personalised medicine systems. His research bridges applied materials engineering with biomedical applications, with a particular interest in DLP 3D printing for advanced healthcare solutions. His recent work also explores machine-learning-assisted process development and control for precision manufacturing.

He has previously held academic and researcher positions at University College Dublin (I-Form), Leibniz IFW Institute Dresden, Izmir Katip Celebi University, and Dokuz Eylul University and has involved in an EU Horizon, in a Tubitak-funded project, and projects in collaboration with industry partners.
