Professional Information

Odette's main subject area is French language teaching. Her research interest is in computer assisted language learning. She co-created the #LanguagesPathways platform for the promotion of foreign languages in TU Dublin. In 2020, she joined the TU Dublin Sustainable Literacy Community of Practice and became an SDG Literacy Champion. During 2021-2022, she co-led the preparatory work for the development of an immersive platform for the European Universities of Technology alliance. From 2018 to 2020, she was a Teaching Fellow on the Co-Create Project aimed at developing a new curriculum framework for TU Dublin.  As well as co-producing an OER for French grammar (2015-2018), she has contributed to a National Forum funded OER (2015-2017), Digilanguages, an online portal aimed at enhancing digital literacies for language learning and teaching.
