- Photovoltaic systems, solar cells, and semiconductor devices,
- Fabrication, characterization, and simulation analysis.
- He holds degrees in additive manufacturing, electronics, physics, process technologies and project management.
Device Characterization Experience:
- XPS: Surface chemical composition analysis
- XCT, CT Scan tomography: Porosity bulk analysis
- XRD: Phase and warpage analysis
- Synchrotron topography: Bulk chemical analysis, cracks, strain
- Nanoindentation: Mechanical testing
- SEM: Microstructure, morphology analysis
Device Physics Modeling/Simulations:
- Carrier transport modeling, thermo-mechanical simulations, FEM
- MATLAB/Python coding, COMSOL, TCAD, Solidworks
Materials Characterization:
- CdTe, CIGS, CZTS, Perovskite
