Karen has over 25 years of experience in higher education. She teaches Organisational Behaviour, Cross Cultural Management, and Business German on TU Dublin business programmes. She holds a PhD in Sociolinguistics (UCD) and an MSc in Organisational Behaviour and Work Psychology (DCU). Her research focuses on employee well-being, work-related stress and burnout, and the impact of remote and flexible working arrangements on the modern workplace. Prior to joining higher education, she worked in the tourism industry in Ireland and Germany.
