Jennifer has over 15 years of experience as a professional architect and educator. She has an established track record in managing high value client relationships and managing large interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary teams which provide professional design services. As Director of Murray O’Laoire Architects s.r.o., Jennifer developed the firm’s CEE, CIS, and North American markets delivering architectural design and construction services for private and public sector projects internationally.
In 2010, Jennifer joined Ryan W. Kennihan Architects Ltd (RWKA) as a Director where she manages the practice’s growth strategy focusing on the delivery of public and private sector projects for clients who share their mission and commitment to the creation of careful and timeless sustainable architecture.
Throughout her time in professional practice, Jennifer has enjoyed educating future architects and developing their strategic thinking skills. As Assistant Head of School at the Dublin School of Architecture, Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT) she leads the senior academic team at Bolton Street in developing their suite of student centred professional programmes in Architecture. In 2014, the Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch) programme underwent significant change which lead the way for development of the Master of Architecture (M Arch) programme due to begin in January 2017.
Jennifer’s career has centred on solving problems for complex organizations and projects which require a wide range of stakeholder engagement where she has facilitated change to seize compatible opportunities. Her areas of expertise include team building, business development, programme development, and change management combined with excellent communication and presentation skills.
