Research Interests
Javier graduated with a BSc in Physical Activity and Sport Science from University of Granada in Spain. After working in Physical Education in both Spain and Ireland, he specialised in Exercise Physiology. Javier worked in sport science support for a number of years and was heavily involved in laboratory and field exercise physiology projects. Javier has an interest and is open to supervise projects in the areas of nutrition, physical activity and health and particularly the synergistic effect of exercise and nutrition on different chronotypes.
