Frances is Assistant Head of Library Services: Research Services at TU Dublin and is co-lead of the National Open Research Fund project, Scoir (Secondary rights, copryight, open access and instiutional rights retention). Prior to joining TU Dublin, Frances was Technical Relationship and Project Manager for the Legal Deposit Libraries, based at the British Library.
