Research Interests

Fernanda is a Researcher whose enthusiasm for learning spans multiple business disciplines, including market research, policy implementation, and the hospitality and tourism sectors. She has conducted research on market preferences for organic wine and has explored diversity, inclusion, and equality within the hospitality industry.

Fernanda is currently working on the Pantour Project, an Erasmus+ funded initiative (2022–2026) involving 13 partners across 11 European countries. Her role focuses on conducting both quantitative and qualitative research to develop sustainable and inclusive strategies for tourism and hospitality. This includes designing skills intelligence tools, country-specific research on digital, green, and social skills, and creating educational toolkits that promote sustainability, equality, diversity, and inclusion.
