Personal profile

Research Interests

My research examines entrepreneurship as a lived and evolving process, with particular attention to women entrepreneurs and the institutional environments shaping entrepreneurial activity. The work draws on qualitative methodologies, especially Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), informed by feminist phenomenology. I also research entrepreneurship education and the integration of entrepreneurial competences (e.g. EntreComp) within higher education curricula.

Teaching

My teaching practice focuses on entrepreneurship and marketing across a variety of programmes at Technological University Dublin, including programmes beyond the business discipline. Teaching practice integrates tools such as the Business Model Canvas and frameworks such as EntreComp to support the development of entrepreneurial thinking and applied problem-solving.
