David is Head of Discipline at TU Dublin Environment and Planning, part of the School of Architecture, Building and Environment, and the largest and longest-established centre for Planning and Environmental Management education on the island of Ireland. The Discipline provides specialised educational paths for advanced, professional career development in the fields of planning and environmental management.  David is acting co-Chairperson of the MSc in Transport & Mobility, Ireland’s foremost qualification in sustainable mobility planning. Prior to this David was Senior Lecturer and Chairperson for the MSc Spatial Planning, a highly recognised postgraduate degree programme targeted at experienced practitioners working in the built environment.
