Personal profile

Research Interests

I am interested in behavioral industrial organization and finance, with antitrust applications. Much of my work focuses on cartel recidivism and damages, banking infringements, and managerial incentives. I am currently a Lecturer in the College of Business in T.U. Dublin. I hold a Ph.D. from Trinity College Dublin + Johns Hopkins University (2013) and a Double M.Sc. in Economics from the Université Catholique de Louvain and Católica Lisbon (2009). I have also worked at the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) and the Portuguese Water and Waste Regulator (ERSAR). I have presented my work at all the top field Conferences and I was invited as an expert speaker at the 2018 OECD Roundtable on Collusion. I have been successful in attracting extremely competitive grants and scholarships: Marie Curie Post-Doc from the Irish Research Council, Fulbright-Schuman award and large research grants from Konkurrensverket and M.M.Wallenberg.
