A Sensofar Optical Profilometer is a non-contact 3D metrology instrument that measures the topography, shape, and roughness of surfaces using a combination of confocal microscopy, focus variation, and interferometry. It provides fast, non-destructive, and accurate surface analysis across a wide range of materials and surface types, from very smooth to very rough.
