Description
A Coulter Particle Count and Size Analyzer counts particles and determines their size by measuring the temporary changes in electrical resistance caused by particles passing through a small aperture in a conductive liquid. The height of the resulting electrical pulse is proportional to the volume of each particle, allowing for accurate particle counting and size distribution analysis.
