This programme offers early-career culinary professionals the opportunity to engage with both the academic and practical dimensions of the Symposium. Since its launch in 2009, the programme has maintained a long-standing connection with the School of Culinary Arts with a number past graduates amongst its awardees. The programme culminates in the Sunday lunch, designed and executed by the Young Chefs under the guidance of a mentor and inspired by each year’s theme.
