The Aurora Leadership Development Programme is designed to support women to understand and address barriers to progression identified in the HEA Review of Gender Equality in Higher Education (June 2016) , the Gender Task Force Action Plan (2018), and to support the recommendations of the TU Dublin Athena SWAN Action Plan.
