The Young Chefs design and execute the Sunday lunch at the Oxford Symposium, culminating in one of the Symposium’s culinary highlights, mentored by the guest chefs and inspired by the Symposium theme.

This year's recipients Tuğba Gurson (Turkey), Ali Soylu (Turkey), and Lihle Mahambehlala (South Africa) were mentored by Jennie Moran, founder of Luncheonette @NCAD and author of 'How to soften corners', and graduate of the MA Gastronomy and Food Studies at TU Dublin.
