The Young Chefs design and execute the Sunday lunch at the Oxford Symposium, culminating in one of the Symposium’s culinary highlights, mentored by the guest chefs and inspired by the Symposium theme.

This year's recipients Sara Cremona (Australia), Iines Ramark (Finland), and Phoebe Bridges (United States) were mentored by designer and artist Dr Cordula Peters, sous chef at Glyndebourne Opera House.
