The Young Chefs design and execute the Sunday lunch at the Oxford Symposium, culminating in one of the Symposium’s culinary highlights, mentored by the guest chefs and inspired by the Symposium theme.

This year's recipients Andiswa Mqedlana (South Africa), Jonas Palekas (Lithuania), Minwoo (MJ) Jung (Korea), Shannon Compton (US) menu was entitled Nourish the Body to Feed the Soul, inspired by retauranteur and artist, Jinok Kim-Eicken.
