The Young Chefs design and execute the Sunday lunch at the Oxford Symposium, culminating in one of the Symposium’s culinary highlights, mentored by the guest chefs and inspired by the Symposium theme.

This year's recipients Gaurish Shiyam (India), Cordula Peters (Austria), Nia Minard (US) and Caitriona Nic Philibin (Ireland, TU Dubin MA graduate) were mentored by cookbook writer and cultural anthropologist Claudia Roden CBE.
